Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sliders: Perfect After a Day on Lake Norman

From my “Easy Weeknight Dinners” series:
This one brings back summer Saturdays for me. We’d prep the slow cooker in the morning before heading out on the boat, and by the time we got home, the house smelled amazing. These pulled pork sliders are perfect for feeding a crowd — whether it’s hungry teens, neighbors dropping by, or just your own family after a long day outdoors. For the best local pork, check out The Butcher’s Market in Cornelius or Barbee Farms. Pair it with soft rolls from La Patisserie or your favorite bakery.
